The integrity of the Registration
(Certification) process is at the forefront of AJA
Registrars business activities. As a result we structure
and limit our training services to professional staff
development intended to impart the knowledge and expertise
needed to establish and control a management system
and achieve the organisation’s goals.
Courses relating directly to the design and implementation
of a management system are specifically prohibited
by the accrediting authorities as a conflict of
interest. As a result AJA Registrars do not provide
training of this nature. Should you be offered implementation
training by a Registrar (certification body) then
this should give you cause to immediately question
their integrity.
AJA
Registrars never looses sight of your need to achieve
measurable improvement and benefit from training courses
and seminars. As a result AJA Registrars has developed
a suite of training courses which are demanding in
nature, enjoyable to participate in and delivers a
worthwhile conclusion. We aim to answer the obvious
question from clients "what makes your training
different from the rest and how can we be sure of
a return on our investment by the meeting of our learning
objectives?"
Our tutors and course designers are experienced practising
specialists with the addition of considerable industrial
and commercial history, able to relate all elements
of the course to their own experiences in a common
sense practical manner that relates to the real world.
To ensure that courses reflects this practical approach,
our tutor approval process is extensive and demanding,
involving not only their knowledge, background and
career history, but their ability to deliver training
in a manner which will stimulate the delegates interest.
It does not stop there as we continually monitor the
delegates feedback regarding the tutors performance
and carry out ongoing peer reviews.
