External Complaints |

Should any
external party have need to raise a formal complaint
against either the conduct of any representative of
AJA Registrars in Philippines or any certified
client of AJA Registrars in Philippines there is a
formal and documented Complaints process available
to them.
Should the need
arise the complainant is required to contact AJA
Registrars and provide a documented report of all
issues involved (verbal complaints or anonymous
complaints cannot be accepted).At that stage further
details of this complaints process may be provided.
AJA Registrars take
client and client user complaints very seriously.
To this end, if you are a Certified Client of AJA
Registrars, or a user of one of AJA Registrar’s
Certified Client’s products or services and you feel
the need to register a complaint then please contact
the Accredited Office, who will provide with details
of AJA Registrar’s complaints process.
