How long does Certification take?   Basically it is up to the company themselves. Once the company is confident that their Management System is not only documented in line with the relevant International or National Standard but also implemented and understood by the company's personnel then the audit processes can begin and these, provided there are no major non-conformances identified, can be completed to the point of issuing a Certificate in no more than 1 month. Equally if a company wants to agree a contract but take a longer time in getting ready for audit this is no problem.
